Company Objectives:

Mantar Consulting Ltd was founded by Juerg Fluehmann with the objective to offer his vast leadership and operational experience to interested customers, with focus on:

a.    Interim Company Manager: to cover immediately the gap on top management level caused by an acute succession problem for the Managing Director/CEO. Beside operational management of the company, the main goal of my mandate is to search, recruit and introduce the new Managing Director/CEO in her/his role and coach her/him until a stable situation on Top Management level has been achieved

b.    Interim Project Manager to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of a project right from beginning with a proper structuring process having the overall project success in mind. Main target will be to establish together with you as Project Client a clear and concise project definition, having Project-Mission & -Objectives, -Scope, -Budget and -Schedule with milestones defined and agreed. The required Project-Organization will be set-up and the Project Team coached on a needs-basis to meet the agreed Project Goals
